How to cook
Cut the meat into small steaks and saute them in a little oil. Add the sliced mushrooms.
Pour everything into a pot, add the pickles and leeks, chopped into round slices.
Then add the julienned olives and peppers.
Add the wine, water and spices. Stir carefully and cover with a lid.
Bake at 374°F (190 °C) for about 2 hours.
