How to cook
Wash the pork liver thoroughly, cut it into cubes 1 1/2″ (4 cm) per side. Salt it, season with savory and roll the pieces in flour.
Dip the floured liver pieces in oil and arrange them in a suitable oven dish. Cover them with the cut into thin slices onions, grated carrot, then pour on 1/2 cup water and cover with foil.
Bake the dish in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 30-35 min. Serve with mashed potatoes as a garnish.
