Boil the potatoes, peel them once they cool. Boil the eggs and peel them. Mix the mayo with the yoghurt and season.
In a suitable deep bowl, grate a layer of potatoes, cover with the mayo sauce, grate cheese, put eggs on top and then sauce.
Repeat in this order until out of ingredients, finish off with sauce, grated cheese and boiled eggs.
You can use a cake ring to help you stack this cake in layers. The salad is exceptionally light, despite the ingredients it contains. Bon appetit!
