How to cook
Knead a dough from the sifted flour, egg, yoghurt beaten with the baking soda, salt and oil. Divide it into 8 balls.
Roll out each ball or stretch it with your hands into a small, oval sheet. Put crumbled feta cheese in the middle and fold it closed.
Turn each one over with the smooth side facing up and roll it out lightly.
Bake in a grill or buttered pan.
Smear the cooked flatbread with a little butter and sprinkle with mixed spices.
