How to cook
Cut the meat into bites. Sprinkle with paprika, black pepper and stir.
Peel the sauerkraut leaves from the head and remove the hard parts.
Put 3 bites of meat onto each sauerkraut leaf and wrap tightly into a roll. Do this for all of them. Arrange them tightly in an oiled oven dish.
Pour 1 cup of cabbage juice and a little oil over them. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 390°F (200 °C).
Remove the foil, lower the oven to 360°F (180 °C) and bake for another hour.
