How to cook
Arrange 2 phyllo pastry sheets in a round, oiled oven dish, smearing each one with a little oil. Make the filling by whisking the eggs and mixing them with the crumbled feta cheese and baking soda.
Distribute some of the filling onto the 2 sheets. Next place another pair of sheets sprinkled with oil and filling. Continue in this order until you run out of ingredients. Cut it up into squares.
Melt the butter and pour it over the burek, then pour on the milk mixed with the eggs.
Preheat the oven. Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for 30 min. until reddened.
