How to cook
Wash the chicken legs. Put them to boil along with the chicken broth and salt to taste. Remove the boiled chicken legs from the stove and strain the broth.
In a pot, braise the butter with a little oil, flour and salt to taste until they turn golden. Add the yoghurt. Stir for a few min. and remove from the stove.
While stirring nonstop, pour in the broth a little at a time, add the chicken legs. Return to the stove and stir for about 10 more min. on low heat until the broth thickens.
