Whisk the eggs with the sugar into foam. Add the oil and stir the mixture well. Next, add the flour that you've sifted with the baking powder and vanilla beforehand.
Set aside a fistful of the resulting dough and put it in the freezer for 15 min.
Spread out the mixture with your hands onto an oiled oven dish. Distribute the marmalade evenly on top.
Take the dough out from the freezer and grate it over the marmalade using a grater.
Bake the cake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 20-25 min.
Take it out and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
