How to cook
Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water until ready. Chop the 2 kinds of onions into thin crescents, the potatoes coarsely, the bacon and pickles finely. Put everything in a bowl, while also adding the olives.
In another container, beat the mayonnaise with the lemon juice, olive oil, mustard and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
If you like a spicy flavor, you can chop a chili pepper finely and add it in as well.
Pour the resulting sauce over the vegetables and stir until the salad is fully flavored.
Visually, it doesn't look that special but the taste will make it your favorite.
