Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the yoghurt with baking soda and oil. Take a phyllo pastry sheet and sprinkle it with oil.
Place a 2nd sheet on top, sprinkle with oil again. Fold them along the longer side. Sprinkle with part of the filling and some more oil.
Then begin folding along the shorter side to form the pastry. Do this for all of the sheets.
Arrange them in a buttered oven dish. Sprinkle with the remaining filling, mixed with oil and 2 tbsp milk. Bake them at 392°F (200 °C) for 25-30 min.
