Wash the chicken legs and put them in an oiled oven dish. Cut the meat into portions and add them to the oven dish.
Peel and chop the potatoes in a bowl. Pour in a little oil and stir. Pour them into the meat and salt.
Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven under foil for 1 hour. Take them out and arrange the raw sausages. Return to the oven without the foil to crisp for another 20 min.
