How to cook
Wash the mushrooms. Saute them in salted water until softened. Once ready, mash them with half of the broth you sauteed them in.
When mashing, leave a few mushrooms coarse. Once the others are mashed, braise the flour in melted butter. Stir nonstop.
Once the flour is braised well, add the mashed mushrooms. Stir again. Pour in the milk.
Boil the mixture on low heat until it thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
