Stir the ingredients well, excluding the chocolate. Knead a soft dough. Leave it to rise.
Then make balls, roll them out. Put 1 tbsp chocolate in the middle of each and roll them up.
Arrange them in a buttered oven dish and leave them to rise a little more.
Next, smear them with egg yolk, beaten with a little oil, on top.
Bake in a strong oven at 392°F (200 °C)
