Combine the mince with the egg and divide it up into 5 equal parts. Dice the mushrooms, cheese, ham and pickles and stir them together.
Take 1 ball of mince and shape it into a meatball. Make room in it for the filling and put in as much as will fit.
Bring the ends together and form into a ball again. Do this for all of the meatballs. Place them in an oven dish with baking paper and bake at 356°F (180 °C) to a nice color. Garnish as desired.
