Cut the meat into small cubes. Saute them in a little oil.
Add the finely chopped onion. After a few min., add the chopped mushrooms as well.
Sprinkle with the flour, add the spices, pour in the wine and about 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) water. After about 10 min., remove from the stove.
Cut the potatoes and zucchini into round slices. Place them in a buttered oven dish in a circular arrangement, alternating between them.
Pour the meat with the sauce in the middle. Bake the dish at 392°F (200 °C) for 35-40 min. Take it out and sprinkle with grated cheese and fresh parsley.
