How to cook
Combine the 2 kinds of mince, add the finely chopped parsley and onions. Add the spices.
Soak the bread in the beer, drain it and add it to the mixture. Add the eggs, season with salt.
Stir everything and leave for 1-2 hours in the fridge. Dip your fingers in a little vinegar and form meatballs from the mince.
Fry the meatballs in heated oil. Serve them warm, with a garnish of your choice.
