  • peppers - 2 lb (1 kg), green
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • yoghurt - 1 cup


Clean the peppers of their seeds and cut them into pieces.

Heat the oil in an oven dish in the oven.

Add the peppers and cook until softened.

Add the feta cheese.

Beat the eggs and mix them with the yoghurt.

Pour this over the peppers and bake until golden.
