Stir the slightly heated milk with the sugar and essence.
Dip the biscuits 1 by 1 in the milk and arrange them in a rectangular oven dish.
Arrange the roundly sliced bananas on top. Whip the cream with the sugar to obtain a thick mixture. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add it to the cream.
Stir it and pour half of it over the bananas, arrange the dipped biscuits on top, then bananas and the rest of the cream mixture.
Decorate with round slices of banana and grated chocolate and put it in the fridge for a few hours.
