How to cook
Wash the potatoes, boil them and grate or mash them. Add the onions, egg, black pepper, savory and salt.
Put the mixture in the fridge to harden, then lay it out on the counter, cut out circles with a glass and fry them in heated oil. Cut the eggplant and zucchini into round slices, salt, wait for them to release their juice, dip them in flour and fry.
One way to stack it is to first put a potato meatball, then an eggplant on top, zucchini, eggplant and pepper. Stick a toothpick through it with an olive. Decorate with ham and pepper.
