1. Boil the spaghetti in a little water, with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
2. Dice the sausages and braise until golden, place the olives on top.
3. Pour the tomato paste and jar of tomatoes over the sausages. Stir and leave the sauce to boil on low heat about 6-7 min.
4. Add the spices to the sauce.
6. Grate cheese on top and leave it in the oven to crisp.
