How to cook
Wash the chicken fillet and cut it into 2, then into another 2 to obtain 4 equal-sized pieces. Tenderize them and salt on both sides.
Put processed cheese, a pickle and a roasted pepper in the middle of each, then roll them up.
Put baking paper in an oven dish, put the rolls in it with a little oil. Put foil on and bake at 356°F (180 °C) for 20-25 min.
Serve with a garnish of your choice. Enjoy!
