How to cook
Salt the chicken breasts and roll them in the flour to which you've added black pepper.
Braise them in a pan with oil on both sides.
Take the meat out and saute the washed and chopped onions and mushrooms in the same oil. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley, put the chili pepper in and pour on the tomato juice.
Once it starts boiling, return the chicken breasts to it and then distribute into clay pots.
Before putting them in a cold oven, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake about 30 min. at 392°F (200 °C).
