How to cook
Beat all the ingredients for the cake layer with a mixer into a cake batter. Pour it into an oiled and floured oven dish. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until your toothpick comes out dry when you poke it.
Take it out and riddle it with holes as densely as possible. The more holes, the more colorful the cake. Prepare the glaze by mixing the water, sugar, cocoa, butter and put them on the stove to boil until the sugar melts.
Pour this glaze over the cake and leave it to soak it in. Cut the cake into slices and serve with chocolate topping. This lovely cake will leave you licking your fingers.
