How to cook
Season the lamb meat with the olive oil and spices, rubbing them into it well.
Put it in an oven dish, pour in the wine and broth, cover the oven dish with foil and bake in a preheated 320°F (160 °C) oven for 3 hours.
Remove the foil, place the peeled and chopped potatoes between the meat and stir so that they take in the juice of the meat. Salt them and return to the oven for 40 min.
