Ingredients

  • mince - 21 oz (600 g)
  • peppers - 4 (red/green)
  • onions - 1 small head
  • eggs - 4
  • yoghurt - 2 cups
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper
  • oil - for smearing the oven dish
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)

Preparation

Chop the onion and peppers finely. Knead the mince with the eggs and add the onions, peppers, salt. Form balls/meatballs of the desired size.

Arrange them in a Teflon oven dish which you've smeared with oil ahead of time. Bake the meatballs around 20 min. until semi-ready.

Stir the yoghurt with the ground garlic cloves and a little black pepper. Add the grated cheese as well.

Pour the entire mixture into the oven dish with the meatballs. Return the oven dish to the oven and bake on moderate heat until ready.find similar recipes here
