"I`m going to garnish these aromatic roast pork ribs with a fresh salad and wish everyone CHEERS!"

Ingredients

  • pork ribs - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika - 1 tsp, smoked
  • cayenne pepper - 1 tsp
  • thyme - 1 tsp
  • cumin - 1 tsp
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • honey - 1 tsp

How to cook

Clean the garlic and mash it with a little salt in a mortar and pestle.

Transfer to a bowl, add the olive oil, honey and all the spices. Stir, take 1 whole or 2 smaller pieces of pork ribs.

Smear them with the resulting mixture, rub it in well into the meat and bone using your hands.

Put the pieces in an oven dish, pour in a cup of water and cover the oven dish with aluminum foil.

Heat the oven to 356°F (180 °C) and bake the ribs for an hour, then remove the foil and finish baking for 10 min. to a golden-brown crisp.

Serve with potatoes or lettuce salad.
