How to make
Wash the peaches, remove their pits and mash them to a puree using a blender, hand blend or meat grinder.
If desired, you can strain the fruit puree through a sieve, if you'd like to have the nectar as fine as possible.
Stir the peach mixture with the sugar and water until the sugar melts completely.
Distribute the juice into washed and dry bottles. Close them tightly and sterilize for 10 min. after coming to a boil.
