How to cook
Crumble the biscuits coarsely in a bowl.
Roast the walnuts on the stove for 4-5 min. and add them to the biscuits.
Pour the sugar into a bowl, add the cocoa and a little water. Put them on the stove until they start to boil, then add the butter and leave to melt.
Leave the mixture to cool a bit, pour it over the biscuits, stir well and pour this mixture into a cake form with removable sides (9″ (23 cm) diameter is best). Smooth it out and leave for 1 hour in the fridge.
To make the cream mixture, pour the milk in a deep container, add the powdered sugar, cream and beat with a mixer for 3 min. Once it thickens, pour it over the cake and smooth it out, decorate with walnuts and leave in the fridge again for 1 hour.
