Chop the vegetables and braise them in a little oil until fully ready. To the tomato paste, pour in 1 cup water, stir and add it to the veggies.
Salt and season with the spices. Stir and pour the mixture into a small oven dish. Clean, wash and dry the livers. Salt them lightly and roll them in flour. Put them between the veggies.
Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for about 15 min. Take it out and cover with the grated cheese. Return to the oven until the cheese crisps.
