How to cook
Dice the cheese and feta cheese into cubes about 1 1/4″ (3 cm) per side.
Separate the egg yolks and beat them with a fork and pinch of sugar with the flour to obtain a smooth, thick mixture.
Beat the egg whites separately with a mixer into snow.
Add the beer to the yolks a little at a time, while stirring well. Then add the whites, stirring lightly with a spoon.
Dip the cheese and feta cheese cubes in the breading and put 2-3 of them at a time to fry in heated oil until golden, while turning them over on both sides.
Take them out to drain away the excess oil onto paper towels.
