How to cook

Peel and remove the seed core from the roasted peppers.

Chop them very finely and put them in a strainer to drain away the juice.

Chop the garlic and walnuts finely, mix them with the strained yoghurt in a bowl.

Add the peppers, oil and stir.

If the salad seems to lack salt to the taste, add some.
