Beat the eggs with the sugar until whitened. Put the baking soda in the yoghurt to get extinguished, stir and add to the beaten eggs.
Divide up the mixture into 2 parts. Pour 1 part into an oiled and heated oven dish. Bake a cake layer. Do the same for the rest of the mixture.
Cool the baked cake layers. Make a syrup from the sugar and water. Syrup the cooled layers with the warm syrup.
Beat the creams as directed on the packaging. Assemble the cake by smearing the cake layers with the cream mixture. Garnish the cake with ground walnuts and sugar sprinkles.
