How to cook
Wash the beef tripe very thoroughly, rinse and put it to boil.
After it's boiled, cut it into tiny cubes.
Beat the eggs with the yoghurt and milk.
Braise the flour in heated oil or butter. While constantly stirring, add the milk mixture and broth to it.
Separately, make a roux from the oil and paprika.
Season with pressed garlic, vinegar and cayenne pepper.
