Juicy Oven-Roasted Pork Steaks

  • pork steaks - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • savory - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - to taste
  • oil


Prop up an oven dish at an angle and put all of the ingredients in it, along with a little oil and water, to obtain a spice mixture.

If the steaks are too fatty, you can leave out the oil. Tenderize the steaks and begin rolling them in the spice mixture, then arrange them in the oven dish.

After you've seasoned and arranged all of the steaks, cover the oven dish with foil and put them to bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven.

After an hour, remove the foil and bake until fully ready. You can serve them with a garnish of your choice.

This recipe allows for adding mushrooms; arrange them on top of the steaks. This is an extremely easy recipe with a remarkable taste.
