How to cook
Cut out 2 identical circles from the puff pastry.
Prepare an oiled tray, place 1 of the circles in it, smear it with cocoa cream and place the 2nd puff pastry circle on top.
Put a cup in the middle of it, then cut out rays outward. Twist each ray twice (in the same direction).
Smear with the yolk on top and bake in a preheated oven.
