Preparation

Clean the onions, leave the small and medium heads whole, cut the larger ones.

Put them in a glass cook pot, pour the finely chopped bacon over them.

Sprinkle with the olive oil and pour in a little water.

Bake in the oven at 428°F (220 °C) until the onions brown.
