How to cook
Rub the spices into the meat.
Leave in the fridge for 2 hours to marinade.
Put the meat in an oven bag and close it, put the bag in an oven dish and smother in the oven at 356°F (180° C) for an hour. Then open the bag very carefully so you don't burn yourself from the steam, pour the meat into the oven dish directly and crisp for 15 min.
Serve the meat in a large plate.
