How to cook

Break the eggs in a bowl, add the yeast, salt and sugar and mash well with your hands. Then add the margarine and yoghurt, beaten with the baking soda.

Stir well and begin adding the flour. Knead a soft dough, sprinkle with flour and leave it to rise for 20-30 min. Then divide it into 2 balls and roll out each one into a thin oval, while adding more flour to make it easier.

Kneading and rolling it out is a bit difficult but the end result is well worth it.
