How to cook
Boil the washed rice well in 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) until it softens.
Add the milk, sugar and vanilla and stir. Once the sugar is dissolved, remove from the stove and add about 2/5 cup (100 ml) more water.
Distribute it into clay bowls or pots and bake in a water bath in a moderate oven until it catches a nice crust.
Leave to cool and put them in the fridge for 1 hour.
Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
