How to cook
Beat the eggs with the sugar and pinch of salt in a deep bowl. Beat until the mixture whitens.
Then add the oil and yoghurt, in which you've extinguished the baking soda beforehand.
Sift the flour through a sieve and slowly add it to the mixture, spoon by spoon, while stirring nonstop.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured form or oven dish.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven.
Optionally, you can add cocoa or ground walnuts.
Once it's baked, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
