Cut the ribs into servings (2-3 ribs per serving), roll them in a little oil and salt and bake at 392°F (200 °C) in the oven at the lowest element for about 15 min.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them coarsely, cut the carrots into medium-thick slices, cut the onions coarsely and the peppers into round slices.
Once the ribs have baked a bit, move them up to the middle element and add the mushrooms, bake another 10 min., add the rest of the veggies, stir well but make sure the ribs aren't covered with veggies.
Bake another 5 min., then put the milk, chutney, finely chopped parsley, salt and spices to taste in a bowl, stir well and pour the resulting sauce over the meat and veggies, stir carefully and bake about 15 min. until ready.
