"Fried carp is a classic and while I`m busy frying it, you can cut up a salad, if you please."

Ingredients

  • carp - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • flour - 1 cup
  • oil - 1 cup
  • salt - 1 tbsp

How to cook

Clean the carp of its scales, remove the head.

Wash it and cut it into slices.

Salt it and leave it to sit for at least 1 hour to take it in.

After that, flour the slices on all sides and put them to fry in heated oil.
