How to cook
Put all the ingredients in a bread maker in the order listed. Be sure to sift the flour and crumble the yeast at the end when adding it.
The oil may seem too little but it isn't. Turn the bread maker on the 3 hour bread setting.
When there's 1 hour left to bake, lift the lid and carefully smear the bread with an egg yolk beaten with a little milk and sprinkle on seeds.
Close it and bake finished.
