How to cook
Tenderize the steaks lightly with a mallet.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave them in the fridge for 1 hour. Take them out of the fridge and arrange them in an oven dish, along with the marinade.
Pour in a little water and bake at 392°F (200 °C) for 30-40 min. Serve them with boiled fresh potatoes with butter and fresh vegetables.
