How to cook
Chop the onions and soup roots, put them in salted boiling water. Add bay leaf, black pepper, allspice, sliced lemon, salt to taste and vinegar. After the marinade has boiled for a bit, pour it over the cleaned duck.
Leave it to sit as is for 2-3 days. Then drain the duck, dry it and braise it in heated oil. Pour in water and saute the duck until softened. Serve the sauteed wild duck with a garnish of your choice.
