Baked Lamb in the Oven
- lamb - 5 - 6 pieces of meat
- paprika - for sprinkling every piece
- savory - for sprinkling
- salt - to taste
- rosemary - optional
Smear each piece of meat well with the spices on both sides, arrange them in an oven dish.
Put salt either on each piece or sprinkle it lightly on top, pour in 1-2 finger widths of water and cover with foil.
Bake with the foil until it gains a light crisp, then remove it and leave it to bake well.
