Take the puff pastry out of the package, flour a countertop a little and carefully roll it out with a rolling pin.
Cut it into triangles, small or large, depending on how large you want the bites to be.
Make several cuts along the sides, as shown in the photo. Arrange several round slices of salami in the middle and on top of it put a strip of cheese.
Fold the 2 ends inward, beat the egg and smear each puff pastry bite with it. Put them to bake in a preheated oven until golden.
