Cut the meat into strips or cubes. Cut the onions and peppers into coarse pieces. Braise the meat in a deep pan with a little water. Once the water evaporates, add the onions and peppers. Keep frying until the onions soften.
Cut the mushrooms, ham and processed cheese into strips. In clay pots, first distribute meat, ham, processed cheese, mushrooms. Briefly let the tomato juice bubble on the stove with the savory and black pepper. Distribute 5 tbsp of it per pot.
Cut the potatoes as you would for frying, fry them just a bit, and add them to the pots.
Bake in the oven for the flavors to mix - just briefly because everything is already cooked.
