Cut the chicken legs into servings, season them with paprika, black pepper and salt. Arrange them in a buttered oven dish and bake at 392°F (200 °C).
Once the meat is nearly ready, arrange the tomatoes on top and return back to the oven to crisp.
Peel the roasted peppers and chop them finely. Once the tomatoes are baked, peel them too and put them in with the peppers. Mash well and return this mix back to the meat.
Add 2-3 cloves of chopped garlic. Cook the dish for another 10-15 min. Take it out and sprinkle with parsley.
