How to cook
Mix the flour with the baking powder and make a well. Put the baking soda in the yoghurt and stir to activate it. Break an egg into the well, add the yoghurt, oil, salt and sugar. Stir the mixture with a fork and gradually begin pouring in water and kneading.
Shape the ready dough into a pita and put it in an oven dish with baking paper. Cover it and leave it for 10 min. Sprinkle with flour and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 40 min.
